Day 72: Today was great. Caught up with a couple of girlfriends for coffee. Had lunch at Sushi Train and was encouraged to try something new by my friend, after she’d been telling me how good the raw salmon was for me….I met her half way and ate some that was slightly char-grilled (normally I like my fish cooked well and just to make sure it is cooked enough, I smother it in lemon juice) so this was a big step for me. Ahhh the wonder of friends, felt good and alive today. Thankful for great friends again today.
