Ingredients for my life

Day 79: This blog has been good for to see myself and what influences me, and what I’m grateful for. These have to be the top ingredients for my happiness.

  1. Music (uplifting, escapism)
  2. Sport (adrenaline, endorphins)
  3. Hugs and to feel loved (warm fuzzies inside)
  4. Coffee (motivation, pick me up)
  5. A good book (so many to read, so little time)
  6. Water (brings peace being around it)
  7. Photography (can’t stop seeing good shots everywhere)
