Day 79: This blog has been good for to see myself and what influences me, and what I’m grateful for. These have to be the top ingredients for my happiness.
- Music (uplifting, escapism)
- Sport (adrenaline, endorphins)
- Hugs and to feel loved (warm fuzzies inside)
- Coffee (motivation, pick me up)
- A good book (so many to read, so little time)
- Water (brings peace being around it)
- Photography (can’t stop seeing good shots everywhere)
