Day 18: It sounds like a simple thing, we do it each and every day without thinking about it – breathe. But a lot of us hold our breath, or shallow breathe without knowing we’re doing it. Today I did a meditation and just focused on the breathe. It was so calming to just focus on it and watch your natural style and to then go deeper. I felt refreshed and lighter. So I give thanks today for my breathe and the ability it has to keep us alive, revitalised and calm.
